He is involved in the detail of every project, from the first scoping conversation through fabrication and site execution, and he is known for one thing above all: he sticks to his word. Honesty, reliability and straight answers are how he does business, and that is the standard the whole company works to.

Anzette leads the project management side of MTI. Highly qualified and analytical by nature, she brings structure to complex scopes: planning, programme control, contract administration and the reporting clients rely on. Her strength is turning technical detail into a clear, workable plan and then holding the project to it.

Mark takes a quieter role in the day-to-day running of MTI (he also heads up a separate company), but he has deep, long-standing skin in the game in this industry. His experience and network add weight behind the scenes, and his input carries when it comes to strategy, relationships and the bigger picture.
